I am an art lover and a future artist. I will cross the word “future” out when I first sell my art work, it can be a painting, a ceramic or a book. The day shall come.

I had been thinking of a culinary project for long time but I had been lazy as the description of my blog indicates. However if you like something so much, the opportunity comes to you. The Korean Cultural Centre in Brussels engaged me as a culinary class teacher. Thanks to this opportunity I could launch this blog finally.

The general principle of my cuisine is “less is more”.
I try to use the minimum ingredients and seasonings but to reach the taste which I look for.

I adjust my recipe in order to make it easy for the people who don’t know much about Korean cuisine but who are willing to try and for the Koreans who live in Europe where it is not easy to find Korean ingredients which they are used to.
