Sujeonggwa (Serves 12)
100g ginger, 50g cinnamon sticks, 4 liters of water
Seasonings:
1 cup sugar
Boil the water, put sliced ginger, boil 10
minutes and take the ginger out and put cinnamon sticks them boil another 10
minutes. Turn off the heat. Set aside 30 minutes, take the cinnamon sticks out.
Cool the drink put in the refrigerator.
Serve cold.
